What is BrikkApp ?
BrikkApp is an online real estate investment platform. BrikkApp is a marketplace for real estate crowdfunding investments. Investors are given the opportunity to finance loans for selected real estate projects provided by partnered real estate crowdfunding platforms. In one dashboard, investors can build an international real estate portfolio of investments from platforms across Europe. Investments are in the form of loans and investors earn income from regular interest payments as defined by the project.
BrikkApp also offers real estate crowdfunding market research, education, and insights into the industry. BrikkApp is the one-stop-shop for real estate crowdfunding.
Everyone with an EEA country or United Kingdom bank account is permitted to invest in projects offered by BrikkApp. BrikkApp was founded in 2018.
Currently, there are no regulations covering the services offered on BrikkApp in the Czech Republic. Once the legal framework is established, BrikkApp will apply for the European Crowdfunding Service Provider license. For all services requiring governance, BrikkApp is partnered with EasyChange, which is a regulated payment service provider.
